The Weekly Menu is designed for busy working people who would like to eat a variety of healthier, better tasting meals but don't have the ideas or the time each day to make it happen. We provide all the ideas with our 5-day menu of recipes that can be prepared in one day on the weekend and quickly re-heated and enjoyed all week long. For busy people who don't have the time or desire to prepare meals, TWM will bring into your home, your very own personal chef to prepare your meals. We also give our members a weekly preparation guide to assist them with that week's recipes. All of the recipe quantities are calculated for you by our system for the number of people you will be serving for breakfast, and lunch (excluding dinner entrees). Based on the servings desired, we also give our members a weekly shopping list incorporating everything they need for the week. Lunch and dinner recipes are not repeated for at least six months so that you can enjoy a great variety of foods! Check out our Sample Menu to see what you'll get. Also, members will receive information on the health benefits of the top 20 fruits and vegetables, snack ideas, glossary of cooking terms, basic measurements and conversions, nutrition definitions, exercise for mind, body, and spirit, holiday recipes, and explanations about portion and serving size. Plus don't forget the 200 plus recipes at your finger tips. If a recipe doesn't tantalize your tast buds, you will have many others to choose from. Or create your own weekly menu.
